Well, it’s National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day in the US, so I thought I’d make a special Saturday Post. Ever since I read about this grilled kimcheese sandwich on Steamy Kitchen, I’ve been itching to make one of my own. Yup, I’ve been thinking about this sandwich for a long, long time. For my grilled kimcheese, I went ahead and added some salami, as well. I’ve gotta say, it was pretty wonderful, but next time I make it, I’ve got some ideas to make it even better. I’ll post more if and when I do it again sometime, shall I?
