Thai Cooking Class: Stir Fried Hot Basil

For this one, you will need 100 grams of chicken or pork, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 big red chili, 1 big green chili, 1 onion, ~10 hot basil leaves, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 3 tsp oyster sauce

Mince the garlic and slice the onion and chilies.

Heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic and chilies. When the garlic is fragrant, add the chicken and onion. Cook until the chicken us cooked through. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Finally, add the hot basil and serve.
